that also carries a wide variety of Fresh Seafood. Here at Holy Cow, we freshly grind our burger in-house daily and make our own sausage. We are known for our Black Angus Beef and we hand-cut steaks on-premises. All our beef comes from family-run farms in the Mid-West. It’s pasture-raised and finished on grain the last nine months, giving it superior marbling for the most tender & flavorful meat possible!
During prime season, our seafood comes in fresh on average of three days a week. The bulk of our product is sourced right from the East coast in the Boston-Connecticut area and brought in FRESH!

Holy Cow is the only Deli in Watkins Glen where you can not only purchase Boar's Head by the pound but we also make fresh subs, sandwiches and so much more with their products! Boar's Head is a family-owned company that's been around since 1905 and we are honored to provide our customers with their products that are made from only the finest ingredients!
